NYPD paid a visit to Plaxico Burress’ house this afternoon, and retrieved what appears to be the gun that triggered this whole mess.
The cops arrived with a manila envelope, but a search warrant was NOT inside.
We’re told Burress was not there, but authorized someone inside his home to give police the gun that apparently fell down his leg at a nightclub Friday night and accidentally fired.
It would appear reports that he dumped the gun somewhere in New Jersey are not accurate. As we reported, Burress will surrender tomorrow, and plead not guilty to a felony weapons charge.
Plaxico Burress has finally made a good decision — by hiring the lawyer that got P. Diddy a unanimous “not guilty” in his 1999 gun case.
Burress is teaming up with Benjamin Brafman, who told us: “Yes I am representing him [Plaxico].” Ben also said Plaxico “may be surrendering to face charges. We are still discussing it.”
Brafman helped Diddy skate on illegal weapons and bribery charges after a 1999 shooting inside a Manhattan club — when Diddy had Jennifer Lopez in tow — that was witnessed by over 50 people.
Plaxico Burress’ lawyer, Ben Brafman, just told us they were making arrangements for Plaxico to turn himself in tomorrow morning.
Ben said Burress will enter a plea of not guilty to one charge of illegal possession of a weapon, a felony.
Sources sayBurress could also be charged with reckless endangerment.
Ben Brafman( His lawyer) says his client “Intends to address the charges in a responsible manner as a true professional,” adding “I would hope that his fans reserve judgement in this matter until all of the facts are developed.”
Brafman just left Plaxico’s New Jersey home, where the wide receiver has been holed up since the shooting.
Plaxico Buress…Uummm, what’s going on with his name? Does it mean something??? Anyways, Plaxico is a Virginia native…I’ve seen him walk around Military Circle Mall in Norfolk…(the only reason why I knew who he was because my husband pointed him out) His career really means nothing to me because I do not watch football, but this story means something to me because I do watch stupidity.
Now sources say that Plaxico Burress was in a New York City nightclub, Latin Quarter, and suffered from a “Non- Life Threatening gun shot wound to the leg…ouch!
Police are a little puzzled by the story and have not yet filed a report.
The Giants have issued the following statement:
“We are aware of the fact that Plaxico was involved in an apparent accidental shooting last night. We have been in contact with Plaxico since shortly after the incident. Plaxico suffered a wound to his right thigh. Obviously, our primary concern is for Plaxico’s health and well-being, and given the circumstances, we are relieved to say he was released from a New York City hospital at approximately 2 p.m. today. We have been in touch with NFL Security on this matter. At this point, we are attempting to gather all the facts surrounding this incident. This incident could become a matter for law enforcement officials, and because of that, we have no comment on any of the details.”
Next time you decide to bring some heat, make sure the safety is on…or if you have a problem with someone…settle the beef on your tab at the bar.

Anyways, I want to know what you think about the posers that roam the earth rocking Door Knockers, Skinny Jeans and Reebok Pumps…Do they get the pink slip for biting our style or do they get a pass…it’s flattering to have someone want to be me???
So, this morning I walked to Mt. Trashmore to get a little mile and a half in for the day…I stumbled upon some yuck mess on the black top…Should I be pissed and disgusted or in a way proud that someone decided to use this?????But…they just threw it on the ground????!!!!!! How real is that??? Trifling!!!!!!
So, I walk and walk…I pass by the HRT bus stop and see thisNow that is more disgusting than the condom. I walk past this bus stop every other day to get to that park and to see this??? This even after we got a new prezo makes me sick, but it goes to show you that no matter how the world is slowly changing, and regardless of the fact that America is the biggest melting pot on this planet, racism will never die. So sad!!!!!
Last week I snapped a pic of some big girl in the club and I put it my my blog about being too old for the club…But, now that I look back at the picture…She really got besides herself by wearing that extremely tight ensemble. Big girls…be proud of your body! I wrote it before in the section about muffin tops…But please, please do not wear something unflattering to your figure. I can’t be nice about this because it looks nasty. I’m not a fat chick, but I’m not skinny and I will not squeeze into anything short or tight to get someone’s attention. Oh yeah, you will get attention, but not what you are looking for. Did you really think that revealing cellulite and stretch marks make men come running to get to know you????
Please be real with yourself! You can be sexy and wear what was made for you in plus size. Don’t think because you are a size 18 that if you don’t eat that day you can squeeze your big ass in a size 14!!!! Be proud of your body and your selection of clothes. If you aren’t proud, then do something about it. Work out, fast, diet pills…whatever, but don’t live your life in an illusion that you have a size 6 body. Trust me, if he likes a big girl, he likes a big girl, don’t make your self look like a fat slut!!!!
Today is the day to give thanks for everything that is going great in your life. God blessed me with family and friends and life. So first, I am thankful for that!!!!!!!!! Second…I am thankful for all of the creative people that bless me with an opportunity to purchase their clothing…M.O.B, Hellz- Bellz, 10 Deep, Cream of The Crop…Up Against The Wall, thank you for opening your racks to the queen, and of course True Religion…Thank you for letting me squeeze my butt into a few choice cuts of your denim.
